Velvet, Silk, and Earthly Pleasures
Who: Drelasa, Siebren, and Magne
What: Going to the Velvet and Silk
When: Early September
Where: Stated
Warnings: Possible discussion of sexual topics
They've been having tea and breakfast together more often. Drelasa is much less concerned about Siebren seeing her eat than she once was, though she's not without some level of self-consciousness still. That being said, his presence as a comfort has become something she's much less afraid of losing, ever since he looked upon her ghost, saw her unmarred form, and declared his love for her no matter her appearance. In fact, she's been building up the courage to open up to him even more.
"Kena... I don't suppose you've heard of the Velvet and Silk?" she asks out of the blue one morning, her hands clasped around a piping hot cup of tea.

"I, ah... I do not want to imply any sort of pressure or expectations, my dance, yi alda'hira, but... I have found it pleasing to be close to you, taking in your breath and the beating of your heart in measures and movements. And I... I want to understand what I might do, should we wish to be more... more..."
Has Siebren ever heard an utterly flustered oboe? He has now.

Yes, womer, but we won't belablor the point.
"You think the staff at the Velvet might be willing to, ah, help guide?"

He's shy, but it's not meant to reflect on her.

“I… haven’t had much an idea of how to talk about this, either. Until just a few months ago, the thought of anyone thinking of me as beautiful enough to… I… I’d given up on the idea of being even mildly intimate with someone a long, long time ago.”
Beat.
“I know this is quite sudden. When do you next have a free evening?”
