WELCOME POTLUCK

Greetings, residents! Those more observant sorts among you may have noticed a large influx of very crowded ferries. In order to welcome our new residents en masse, Town Hall is holding a potluck in Town Square. Please bring a dish if you are able and make a new friend!

All of our newest arrivals need only bring themselves. We look forward to welcoming you all into our community, and may your lanterns always be lit.

This event is open to all! In light of our new influx of prospective players following the Great Sail Migration, we've decided to offer a small public event to tide everyone over until the TDM this weekend.

"Absolutely." She wants him to look. Really, she wants everyone to look, but right now she's grinning as she catches hints of his thoughts in his face. Yeah, she's still got it. "You could call me a lot of other things, if it pleased you."

Oh, thank God, she actually is flirting with him. That means the cautious looking turns into blatant ogling. He is loving what he sees, but more than that he loves how she's the one out-flirting him right now.

"A lot of things come to mind..." his voice drops into a sultry half-whisper, "like: cute, sexy, beautiful--I could keep going."

"Well then, we simply must see how many you can come up with! Spend a night trying out each one, thoroughly." She knew she wrote down her room number at the Oak & Iron for a reason. Folded into her tome, pulled out and held out for Max between two fingers... Her markings go all the way down those fingers, too, networks of delicate stars. "For after the potluck is finished."

Would she go for it right now, too? Well, usually, but there's a lot of people to meet!

"I might keep you up all night," he says with a dangerously lewd grin. The stamina on this boy, Ryja may have found a close match. Don't mind him marveling openly at her gorgeous markings. He could draw constellations across her all night too...

"Hey, this works out. I have a room there too." He'll live most of the time with his girlfriend Valdis (open relationship) but he intends to keep the rented room for moments just like these.

"I'm looking forward to it." That paper is carefully tucked away in his trouser pocket. But he's already working on memorizing the number just in case.
