Fever's sitting very still where she is, the rest of her lunch untouched as she takes in the wolf. She's a beautiful creature - unquestionably powerful, something divine, and so new here as Fever is, she's hesitant to do or say anything, lest it make the vision in front of her leave. Why would a goddess simply show up at a potluck?
