"Oh, thank you!" First Aid says, delighted. "I'm so happy to be working with you, Eddie!"

And once they've shook on it, he pulls a heavy envelope out of his arm compartment, and hands the brass over to Eddie on the spot.

Eddie is a bit bemused by the suddenness of this, but he smiles and accepts.
