All the same, slashing his wrists in the bath and forcing his wife to find his body..? That is a cruelty that will linger.
And that is a cruelty to Eddie and Stan's other friends... even without It showing them all a vision of Stan's decapitated head, speaking horrible insults and threats in Stan's voice. Because It wouldn't have been able to do that if Stan was still alive.
