"That good, huh?" Max laughs. He's seen videos of cats doing this but he'd never experienced it in person until now. His cheeks are going to hurt later from how big he's smiling.

He does, gently, set both kitten and bowl down on the kitchen table, hoping the height might at least discourage the other two fluffballs from trying to double-dip.

"That's good. Eat up. You need to grow big and strong. Plenty more where that came from."
