"...That is an interesting misconception that I think many people have. Especially people who come from worlds like yours. There seems to be this pervasive believe that your life, or unlife as it were, is on a ledger that is being kept tabs on for as long as you exist. That there is some kind of point system of right and wrong and that when you reach death, you will be judged based upon the aggregate of all that you have ever been," Mortanne muses. "But this is not so. At least, not for me. When you reach your cessation, whenever that may be--- the type of afterlife you have earned will be determined not by who you have been, but who you have become. Who you are in that moment. I look forward to seeing who that is."
