"A good many, I'd say, yeah," she says after a moment's thought. "Especially if you count the new moon festivals and the days that aren't for celebrating so much as mourning. We've only got one month of the year that doesn't have any significant days in it, and that's the one right after the autumn month that's about half holidays."
