Ylva absolutely cannot imagine anything she would look forward to less than doing lots of math, no matter how important it might be. She does recognise that it's probably really important math.

"I've been hunting since I got here," she says, "and I've been learning how to make it keep. Smoking, pickles, things like that. It's been pretty fun, actually. It's... not as complicated as I thought it might be."
