He's making jokes, sort of, but he's definitely rattled. It was like the nightmares he'd had of Walker finding him and ripping off his head, and him having just enough leftover electricity in his brain to perceive that his body was on the ground and his head was entirely separate from it, in Walker's hand. Only this time, he's not got even a fraction of a clue what happened. Annoying.
