He doesn't "see" what Drelasa sees- that takes years of time and training- but he's suddenly aware of a dim hum of everything around him. Everything is vibrating, differently from him, and more than anything, he hears the soft rattling ring of the bells sewn into Drelasa's clothes, which sound a little with every tiny move she makes. Sound overwhelms touch, everything becomes harmony, and Jon is floating in soft darkness.

"I invite you to dream," that unearthly voice says.

"I invite you to share in dreams."
