There's nothing about Martin relating to that that Jon feels good about - particularly not after the ties to Peter Lukas. Pieces are falling into place in ways that he'd hoped they wouldn't.

The joke comes out flatter than he might've cared for it to; quite frankly, not even he's sure how much of a joke it actually is.
