She smiles. The two of them are quite alike it seems.

"Hmmm."

She looks away from him for a moment, considering the gifts she's received.

"My first love gave me a kitten when he was trying to win my affections. He was very cute and soft, used to get in all sorts of trouble, but we both loved him very much."

Though the real gift had been Malachi's love, but she can't bring herself to say it. Gabriel might pity her too much if she said something like that out loud.
