"The infrastructure here wouldn't be able to support it or I might like to try and start on a facility that would allow large-scale production of staple crops. Something that would take the workload off of our farmers." Bart has clearly put a lot of consideration into this sort of thing, and ended up frustrated by the lack of resource to let him even start such projects.

"I'll learn sooner or later how to get by. I like to think I've done alright so far." His tone makes it clear that he thinks otherwise.
